• Chemical Cleaning and Hot Oil Flushing of Lube Oil Systemof Unit-3 of TGPP →Chemical cleaning of pipeline & Hot oil flushing of pipeline& lube oil cooler →Manual Tank cleaning of Main Oil Tank →Waste Treatment and Disposal & filtering of used oil • Supply of Technical services, Labor, Equipment, Materials & Chemicals for the Chemical Cleaning & Flushing of Turbine Oil System →Perform flushing on the units using fresh water; Line-up the system; Establish piping loop for chemical cleaning; Isolate all piping/tubing connection from the equipment, control valves, beaings, housing, gear boxes, M.O.T., OST, Strainer, filters and instrumentations and cover all opening with plastic wrapper to prevent chemical contamination of the system; Conduct pneumatic testing to check the integrity of looping of chemical cleaning; Chemical cleaning using 3 micron filter bags; Manually cleaning of main oil and storage tanks; Line-up the valves and isolation /bypassed points for all flushing loop; Conduct Hot Oil Flushing at 60 degree; Reinstatement of the entire system; Refill main oil tank with fresh oil thru a 3 micron filter; Perform system oil flushing using lube oil pumps; Disposal of waste water with oil and chemicals. • Total draining of all oil from the main oil tank using diaphragm pump and transfer to temporary container; Perform the following inspection, tests and record "as found data". →Condition of lube oil, particle count, water content, viscosity& acidity level; Physical appearance of the main oil tank interior; Total volume of the tank; Remove sludge on the bottom surface of the tank. Gather & record the total weight of the sludge; Apply degreaser to totally remove dirt and oil on the internal surface of the main oil tank; Complete cleaning by wiping tank surface with lint-free cloth; Transfer excess oil from the temporary storage tank to used oil drums or maintain the 90% main oil tank value of oil; Filling of new oil, approximately 10% of the total main oil tank volume, to the temporary storage tank; Purify the oil to cleanliness of NAS 8 standard and 0.1% or 1000 ppm moisture content prior to filling back to the main oil tank. • Mechanical Cleaning of Cooling Tower Distributon Pipes, Headers, HWP Discharge Line, Suction Pit, Main Condenser and Gas Cooler of MAGPP1 |
